We need a digital marketing coordinator to strengthen our marketing team, particularly in the field of social media and copywriting in English.
Areas of responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following
- Develop and implement social media strategies, create posts and follow-up on those. Including Facebook, Instagram, and You Tube, but not necessarily limited to those
- Create and grow awareness, interest and sense of community feel among homebrewers with eye-catching, witty, and captivating material
- Stay up to date on trends and new developments in social media
- Help write and do voice overs for video tutorials
- Copywrite and create out-standing product descriptions, website content, packaging texts, e-mail campaigns, price catalogues, newsletters, advertisements etc.
- Work with the marketing and management team to formulate, manage and grow a Loyalty Club Program for registered users
- Take initiative to other marketing activities such as competitions, events, giveaways etc. to increase website traffic
- Manage correspondence with users on all social media platforms including the loyalty program
- Occasional participation at expositions and trade fairs
- Project work within Marketing and Management
- Assist in other marketing work upon need e.g., market analyses
Profile
- College Degree in Marketing/Communication
- Minimum 21 yeast of age
- 2+ years of experience in similar type of job
- Knowledge of the craft beer market and preferably the homebrew market
- Excellent skills in communication, writing, spelling, and punctuation
- IT proficient with Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently and able to prioritize task to meet deadlines
- Able to work across the organization with colleagues of all levels
- A visionary team-player with an open mind, eager to both contribute and learn
- A positive and humorous attitude towards life and colleagues
- A detail-oriented and organized candidate
- Spanish as second language is a plus
